Illinois School Nurses Launch Pro-Vaccine Campaign

(WBBM NEWSRADIO) — As schools move toward more in-person learning, school nurses in Illinois have launched a campaign to try to change the minds of people who are hesitant about getting vaccinated for COVID-19.
“There is a push that we’re doing here in Illinois to ensure that there’s vaccine acceptance because we know that that’s one way we can try to get back to normal,” says Gloria Barrera, president of the Illinois Association of School Nurses.
