The Board of Directors and IASN members came together on Saturday, September 26th, via Zoom for a virtual Annual Meeting.
The following actions were taken during the meeting:
- Adoption of the credentials report

34 – Yes, 0 – No - Adoption of the FY2021 Budget
35 – Yes, 1 – No - Adoption of the Bylaws Amendments in gross
34 – Yes, 3 – No
