Sue Clark, President, lobbyist since 1994, began her lobbying career after 25 years of practice as a registered professional nurse. She is well known in the Capitol and throughout the state for the many legislative proposals successfully advocated for.

Debbie Broadfield, Senior Vice President, began her career in lobbying in 2008. Throughout the duration of her lobbying career, she has been advocating on behalf of nursing and behavioral health services and has created key relationships to advancing initiatives in this field.

Kristin Rubbelke, Vice President of Government Relations, has been lobbying since 2016. She is a licensed social worker, holds two master’s degrees, and has remained active within her profession. She has successfully advocated for various sector issues including licensure expansion, education, funding requests, municipal issues, staffing, and more.
