The Greater Chicago Food Depository has a mission to end hunger. Many of you witness food insecurity among your students related to poverty, systemic inequity, and structural racism. Please join us for a listening session with Sophie Milam, the Vice President of Policy and Advocacy at the Greater Chicago Food Depository. Sophie is interested in learning the challenges that schools nurses face around feeding kids. We will have the opportunity to describe the barriers to helping students and how the administration can support the needs of students.
