Hours: 0.50 FTE Part time
Position: PEL-SN position
Description: The successful candidate for this position will be qualified to provide School nurse services to provide for the completion of Medical Review for students, development of Individualized Health Care Plans for the management of acute and chronic health conditions, and to provide health care in the school setting which supports a child’s ability to attend school while maintaining their physical health. Additionally, health care shall be provided for health care needs including but not limited to medication management and administration, first aid, physical assessment for illness and referral for appropriate medical evaluation and follow up care. School Health services shall be administered in compliance with all Illinois School Code and Illinois Department of Public Health requirements.
