GENERAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is for a full-time School Nurse to serve at Howard B. Thomas Grade School beginning with the 2023-2024 school year. Applicants must be an RN who holds an ISBE issued Professional Educator License (PEL) endorsed as school nurse or an RN, who has obtained the designation for Individualized Education Program (IEP) privileges. Certification to complete IDPH vision and hearing screenings is also a plus. The district will consider an RN if no other more qualified applicants apply.
