Position: Full Time, Registered Nurse
School District: Wood Dale School District 7, Wood Dale, IL 60191
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed RN
- Certifications for CPR
- Experience in school nursing and community health nursing preferred
- Has or is willing to complete the IEP Medical Review Course
- Spanish speaking preferred
DESCRIPTION:
Seeking candidate with knowledge of current school nursing issues and practice; experience in school nursing preferred.
Responsibilities will include performing routine school nursing procedures and the ability to perform the following:
Crisis management
Consultation and collaboration with staff
In-service of staff on health related issues
Compliance with state rules and regulations and reporting procedures
Overall coordination of school nursing and health related issues.
