Join school nurses from across Illinois and beyond on September 30th and October 1st at the DoubleTree Hilton in Lisle. \nLocation:\nDoubleTree by Hilton Lisle/Naperville\n3003 Corporate West Drive\nLisle\, IL 60532 \nKeynote Speakers: \nDr. Scharmaine Lawson FNP-BC\, PMHNP-BC\, FAANP\, FAAN \n \nAs seen on CBS Evening News with Katie Couric\, Harry Connick Jr. Show\, Johnson & Johnson\, and ABC\, Dr. Scharmaine Lawson is a nationally recognized and award-winning nurse practitioner in New Orleans\, Louisiana. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing (FAAN)\, Fellow of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (FAANP)\, winner of the 2013 Healthcare Hero award (New Orleans City Business magazine)\, and 2008 Entrepreneur of the Year award (ADVANCE for Nurse Practitioner magazine) where she was featured on the magazine cover. She is also the author of the very first Advanced Practice Nurse children’s book series entitled Nola The Nurse. This series exposes children from ages 4-8 to the world of Advanced Practice Nursing and fosters cultural sensitivity with the multiethnic character adventures through different countries. \nRebecca Love MSN\, RN\, FIEL \n \nRebecca Love is a nurse entrepreneur\, inventor\, author\, TedX speaker\, the first nurse featured on Ted.com\, and part of the inaugural nursing panel featured at SXSW 2018.  Love was the first Director of Nurse Innovation & Entrepreneurship in the United States at Northeastern School of Nursing – a founding initiative designed to empower nurses as innovators and entrepreneurs.
