DESCRIPTION:The IASN School Nurse Hill Day is an opportunity for school nurses to gather together to advocate for policy that betters school nursing and the nursing profession as a whole. This event allows school nurses to hear more about nursing issues and identify opportunities to influence healthcare policy. \nThere is no cost associated with attending School Nurse Hill Day. \nSchedule of events –  \n12:00pm –  Meet at the Capitol in Springfield\n12:30pm – Tour the Capitol\n1:30/2pm – Sit in on hearings\n5:30 PM – Legislative Reception Dinner – includes registration fee \nA Legislative Reception Dinner will be held later in the evening at Saputo’s in Springfield.
