9th National Conference on Immunizatins and Health Conditions
May 26 & 27, 2010
Hosted by the Chicago Area Immunization Campaign
a project of the Illinois Maternal and Child Health Coalition

Early registration is now open for the conference! NCIHC 2010 will showcase successful ways in which health coalitions can improve immunization protection, prevent disease, improve access to care and health outcomes for underserved populations, reduce racial, ethnic, and geographic health disparities, educate new populations, and build community health infrastructures.

Conference Highlights Include:


Nationally renowned speakers that will address pertinent issues, such as Dr. Frances Dunn Butterfoss, Dr. Anne Schuchat and Dr. Ari Brown;


Discussions on establishing diverse partnerships such as working with volunteers, schools, faith communities and corporations to achieve collective public health goals;


Developing strategies for successful marketing and media relations, fundraising efforts, membership development, legislative advocacy campaigns, and collaboration between health coalitions.

  • Jason Glanz, PhD, Research Investigator for Kaiser Permanente
