Recertification of Type 73 School Service Personnel certificates:

Requires 80 CPDU’s (five years) or proportionate amount based on renewal date.

OR – National Board of Certification for School Nurses certification which requires 75 hours of Continuing Nursing Education every 5 years.

CPDU’s require provider be approved by Illinois State Board of Education and are only valid in the state of Illinois.
