Management of Food Allergies The purpose of this activity is to review food allergies and the most current research and recommendations for recognizing food allergies and preventing severe reactions. Objectives: 1. Learner can identify signs and symptoms of a food allergy reaction 2. Learner can verbalize current management for food allergies 3 Learner can identify the effectiveness of products used to remove allergens from hands and surfaces. 4. Learner will be able to identify Illinois state guidelines for prevention of allergic reactions
